Poveștile Oliviei și descrierea evenimentelor au fost foarte amănunțite. Am pus mai multe întrebări, iar ea știa răspunsul la toate. Dispozitivele audio furnizate au funcționat bine, iar atunci când nu se potriveau unuia dintre copii, ea a avut o opțiune alternativă. În general, o experiență foarte bună și am face-o din nou.

This is the second time using Head Out. Both times were great experiences. This one was for the Palace.of Versialles. The guide was wonderful, very enthusiastic and engaging. She had great info about every room we went into. She also did her best to keep us out of the crowds (even though its off season, it's still very crowded, so we made the right decision getting a skip the line tour. It cost a little more, but it was worth it. The meet up was well explained in the email (we found our guide and group very easily and they were at the meeting point early!) everything was on point. I will definitely use Head Out again for my European Tours. Very pleased !

There was no indication that I would eventually be texted to download and receive the tickets. Due to traveling overseas, I was not able to receive some texts and all emails. So I showed up with the confirmation paperwork and had to ask a friend to download the app because Versailles would not accept the confirmation paperwork as proof of purchase.

It was a quiet day at Versailles so Nils was able to walk us around at a good pace. The 9.10am start helped as well as crowds had not really started. He was very knowledgeable and funny. The gardens were amazing and we enjoyed exploring them ourselves.

Our tour guide Pierre D was an excellent tour guide, and I don't hesitate to say he is probably one of the best we have experienced. He was very friendly, entertaining and did his best to be interactive with everyone in the group. His knowledge of the Versailles Palace was extensive and he made it easy to imagine being in the palace with the "Louis's". After the tour he gave us great advice for walking the palace gardens. Thank you Pierre for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Our guide was very good - the instructions for the meeting point and time were concise. The guide took us to meet a member of staff who issued us with tickets . She explained about the facilities and access. The equipment we were required to use tsp that we could here her while on the tour was excellent and easy to use. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was great and informative. Note! They started very very punctual / a little early, we almost missed the tour showed up at exactly at 1:30 for the 1:30 tour, and they were already up thru the gate. Build in time if as the trains are spread apart if you miss one like we did.

Ticketing experience was fine. No issues. What I had a problem with was some minor organizational issues. We are told to be 15 minutes early. We waited for 2 people for 10 minutes past the tour departure time. Why bother being early? Someone asked if we were able to leave items on the bus, we were told that the bus was going to be making other trips while we were in Versailles, so "probably not a good idea". The answer should have been "no." Versailles is an amazing place, and it was wonderful to see it and learn about it's very interesting past.

My experience with Headout was all good except one thing. We were struggling to find the meeting point and they were trying to contact me via WhatsApp, without any prior notice that they would use WhatsApp or any previous comms on it. I was monitoring SMS and tried unsuccessfully to use the phone number provided in the email to contact them to say we were in the area. The phone system is layers of menus and then cut me off before answering. We missed our tour but fortunately were able to get on the next. My advice to other travellers is to allow 45mins ahead of the departure time and view contact on WhatsApp, email and SMS if you think you may be late. The meet and greet staff and the guide were excellent.

A painless experience, although a little disconcerting to meet outside a certain shop on a busy Paris street near the Opera. (There was no signposted meeting point). Thankfully it was the right place (as directed) and their rep turned up about 15 minutes early. She was friendly and informative and accompanied the group to Versailees and made arrangements with other customers who were late to meet us at Versailles and give them the tickets. Obviously took care of her customers and dedicated to solving the problems for them. Took us to the entrance of Versailles and ensured we got the guides etc. and then left us to wander around on our own (which was the arrangement). She ensured we all had her colleagues mobile number in case of difficulties during the day and we met him at the meeting point and he accompanied us back in the coach. At the end of the trip they were willing to drop some of us off at the Arc d'Tromphe instead of the Opera as it was on their way. A good experience all round

Se mencionaba una visita de 7hs (de 10hs a 17hs) pero el bus hizo 3 paradas, desde la ópera hasta el arco del triunfo y luego la torre eiffel. llegamos a las 11:45hs al palacio y a las 15:30hs había que volver al bus. Hubo que hacer una cola para ingresar y todo este retraso hizo que no se pudiera disfrutar de los jardines que cuentan con enormes dimensiones. Fue triste y desilusionante porque uno espera aprovechar el tiempo al máximo en vacaciones y quien sabe si pueda volver otra vez. De poder hacerlo hay transporte público que llega al lugar y es muy sencillo utilizarlos.

Wir kamen etwas verspätet in Versailles an. Das Schwierige an dem Tag war das Verhalten des Busfahrers. Schon auf dem Hinweg hupte er ständig. Niemand war ihm schnell genug. Wer nicht innerhalb einer tausendstel Sekunde beim Umschalten der Ampel auf grün losgefahren war, wurde angehupt Das Bremsen und Anfahren war so rüde, dass meiner Tochter ganz schlecht wurde und ich Angst hatte, dass sie es nicht mehr bis zum Aussteigen schafft ohne zu brechen. Ich selbst war völlig entnervt über diese ständige Huperei. Sogar auf dem Rückweg änderte sich das nicht. Meine Tochter und ich waren von dieser Busfahrt so erledigt, dass es unser eigentlich gebuchtes Erlebnis stark überschattete. Das Zuspätkommen - auch wenn es nur 20 Minuten waren- fand ich ebenfalls sehr unpassend - immerhin ist klar, dass der Verkehr im Stadtzentrum immer sehr stark ist und wenn man 5 Stationen anfahren muss, sollte genügend Sicherheit eingeplant werden.

It was overall a good trip but it was exceptionally busy so I think the bus should have left a little earlier so we could get in at our ticketed time- 12:10 opposed to missing that start time and having to wait an extra 30 min at the gate before we could enter. I know you don't control how busy the venue is but on the day we went it was extra busy ( this is my second Versailles tour with your company) and this experience wasn't as good as my first.

Vriendelijke begeleiding maar 3 opstapplaatsen voor we echt vertrekken betekent wel erg lang in de bus. Verder zou het goed zijn te voren te melden dat je eenmaal binnen Versailles geen eten en drinken kunt kopen tot je het terrein weer verlaat, pas daar is water en iets voor de lunch te koop. Als je niet iets bij je hebt is de periode zonder die mogelijkheid erg lang.

The directions for where to meet were very confusing. Needed to be much more clear. Need a better meeting place. When off the bus and splitting into three groups, the group leaders did not call out the numbers so we had to ask which group. After asking and being told it was group two we found out it was group three. Really need to make guides call out group number loudly. We do appreciate being able to get in a later group as we missed the one we were scheduled for because we went to the wrong place. Our group two guide was great. She had good stories and knowledge.

At first I was scared about buying a trip from a third party. The meeting point information is clear but there are other meeting points for other people, so expect to wait while the van gets to pick other visitors. The ticket entrance was 11:30 and we arrived in time, the bad part is that me and my partner woke up very early and most of our morning time was used picking up other visitors. Wish it was a direct trip from one meeting point only. Once we arrived at Versalles, the crew explained everything and were very helpful during all the transportation. They speak at least 3 languages and were very friendly. We got the very helpful official audio guide as promised, the ticket entrance worked without flaws and the 5 hours were enough to see almost all the places at Versailles. Wish it was at least 6 hours to see everything with enough time, since the place may be too crowded. Great trip, great assistance and very good experience in general. Headout delivered what was promised.

별 생각 없이 인터넷을 뒤져서 베르사이유 궁전을 관람할 수 있는 가이드 투어를 찾아 예약을 했습니다. 예약 완료에 기뻐 주의사항을 읽어보지도 않은 채 사이트를 닫아버리는 바람에 어느 지점에 모여서 안내를 받아야 하는지 모르는 상태로 현장에 갔습니다. 입장 시간에 임박해서 궁전 앞에 도착하였기에 서둘러 배낭 검사를 받고 사람들 많이 줄 서 있는 곳으로 향했습니다. 그때 핸드폰으로 프랑스 발신 전화가 수신돼 바로 받았습니다. 안내하는 분이 약속지점에 제가 보이지 않아 전화를 한 것입니다. 그때부터 정말 잘 안내를 해주는구나 생각이 들어 안심이 됐습니다. 미리 모든 사안이 궁전 당국과 협의돼 있어서 줄을 설 필요 없이 곧바로 궁전 내부로 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 영어 안내이긴 하지만 설명을 잘 해주었기에 베르사이유 궁전의 개요부터 모든 것을 잘 안내 받을 수 있었습니다.

Miejsce bardzo ładne, godne zwiedzenia. Niestety przewodniczka okazała się niemiła, już na samym początku bezsadabie odniosła się do nas z dziwnymi pretensjami że mówiliśmy ze sobą w naszym ojczystym języku, i straszyła że będzie bardzo zła jak nie będziemy grzeczni. Bardzo dziwne jej zachowanie.

Es war alles bestens organisiert inklusive der Buchungsabwicklung und Wegbeschreibung. Unser Guide hat uns mit netten Anekdoten und sehr kompetent durch die königlichen Privatgemächer geführt. Die Gruppengrösse mit max. 25 war optimal. Wir würden diese Art der Führung jederzeit und nicht nur für Versailles buchen. Ganz besonders ist diese Tour auch für Kinder geeignet. Unsere beiden waren 10 Jahre alt und fanden es toll ! Danke an das gesamte Headout Team und weiter so !

Alles hat prima geklappt, der Treffpunkt war leicht zu finden. An der Schlange vorbei waren wir sofort im Schloss und hatten eine tolle Führung abseits der Masse. Das Highlight war die Oper deren Zugang nur selten möglich ist. Im Anschluss an die Führung in den Privaträumen konnten wir auch noch den Rest des Schloss Versailles besichtigen. Toll und die 20€ mehr auch wert.

Ero scettico dovuto al prezzo quasi doppio rispetto all'accesso al palazzo, tuttavia mi sono presto ricreduto in quanto il tutto comprendeva sia l'accesso tradizionale, sia l'accesso alle stanze private spiegate da una guida professionale! We tried to buy the €20 tickets but they were sold out so had to buy the €40 tickets for the guided tour of the King's Apartments. We were 25 mins early and stood in the 10.30 queue. Our tickets were checked by a staff member whilst we were in the long queue and we continued to wait. When we reached the front, the staff member there told us we were in the wrong queue, and sent us over to another part of the Palace. There were no signs to say which was the King's Apartment entrance. This meant we were now 10 minutes late for the guided tour, and someone had to take us through the apartments, to catch up with the rest of the group. The audio guide was excellent and very clear, which was important for me, as I am hearing impaired, and wear hearing aids. After the tour we visited other parts of the Palace, and then tried to enter the gardens. This cost us another €12 each as it was, apparently, a 'musical extravaganza.' This description was laughable, as there were no live musicians, but a continuously repeating recording of the same three pieces of music. We really feel we had a raw deal, since paying the price of €40, the gardens, (which are usually free) should have been included , regardless of your piped recordings. A very disappointing day indeed.
